Tapping Out Pain

Steve Vassallo (owner of BE) has been practicing resistance stretching for quite some time now.  It's an effective way to correct imbalances through out the body and alleviate pain associated.  The BE staff utilizes this technique with the majority of the BE Clients.  Below Steve puts BE trainer Kathleen in a psoas and glute stretch.  You can see the discomfort in her face and in a sense is tapping out (WWE reference!).  However, when the stretch is complete the pain and discomfort previous to stretching is usually gone. For more info watch the NBC interview on our Resistance Stretching page.
