Small Group Personal Training


Utilizing BE's proven personal training methodology, our trainers work with a group of no more than 4 people to give a one of a kind training experience.

  • 55 minute session
  • Online point of purchase and scheduling
  • $30 for drop-in or pay as you go
  • $250 for 10 sessions
  • $325 for unlimited sessions for the month
  • No walk-ins.  You must be scheduled to attend

The 55 minute session dedicates time and focus on 6 key parts of BE's personal training session.

  1. Dynamic Warm-up/Mobility
  2. Strength/Power Exercises
  3. Accessory Exercises
  4. Metabolic Conditioning
  5. Core Strengthening
  6. "Prehab"/Stretching

 This well balanced program will build functional strength and conditioning that is needed to reach any fitness goal.
