BE was established in 2000 with the mission of helping individuals attain their health and wellness goals through personal training,small group training, nutrition, resistance stretching and education.

BE has developed a results driven, evidence based methodology for safe and effective training unique to each individual client. Corrective movements based with an emphasis on building strength combined with nutrition, conditioning and education are integral components of the BE system.


BE trainers incorporate field experience, high-level education and an understanding of the individual’s current physical and emotional state to make flexible adjustments to optimize daily workouts. Our priority is to educate our clients so they can make permanent lifestyle changes.
