By putting you through a small series of movements, we can quickly locate any muscle imbalances that could potentially stall your progress or cause injury and develop strategies to correct them quickly. Core Endurance

The core is the center of all movement and when things get tough, this is where we tend to breakdown. We’ll run you through two classic tests of core endurance and see how long you can maintain perfect form. As your training progresses, you’ll be able to go longer as your body becomes more resilient.

Heart Rate Recovery

Just as important as how hard you work is how well you recover. Heart Rate Recovery gives us insight into how well your cardiovascular system is functioning and how well you can handle stress. With proper training, you’ll be able to take on more not just in the gym, but in your daily life as well, without wrecking your body.
