With 3 years of fundraising for various causes the BE Cares Fund is sad to be announcing this 2020 focus. COVID shutdowns halted our spring fundraiser and we are anticipating a great holiday BE Cares Fundraiser this winter for a cause that hits us a little more personally. As many of you know Holistic Solutions has been based out of BE for the last 4 years. Last week co-owner/therapist Daniel Allen passed away. He was a mainstay when many of you walked through the doors to train at BE. Many of you even got to experience his healing hands as he was at the top of his field in massage therapy and body work. This last year he was starting to work for BE as a specialty trainer for clients who suffered from specific muscular and movement pattern deficiencies. His passing was a shock to us all, but mostly his wife Caitlin (who many of you know and have worked with) and their 4 kids. Nothing will be able to fix this terrible situation, but especially coming up on the holiday season we are asking the BE Family to help look after one of our own. It can be a simple text or message on Facebook showing support, scheduling a massage with Holistic Solutions practitioner Jared to help support their small business, or a monetary donation to the BE Cares Fund in which all proceeds will go to Caitlin and her family. We will be taking donations through this site and in person up until December 19th. This has been a tough year in many ways, but around the holiday season the best in people come out and makes for celebration. Come Christmas week we would love to give Caitlin and her family a great gift and to further celebrate Dan’s life.
