BE was established in 2000 with the mission of helping individuals attain their health and wellness goals through personal training, nutrition, resistance stretching and education. Our philosophy is to offer the highest quality training experience rooted in support and encouragement. BE has developed a results driven, evidence based methodology for safe and effective training unique to each individual client.
BE’s training methodology is corrective movement based with an emphasis on building strength. With nutrition, conditioning and education as integral components of the BE system we help you reach your specific goals.

BE trainers take great pride in designing programs that address each client’s specific goals and limitations. Each BE trainer incorporates extensive field experience, education and an understanding of the individual’s current physical and emotional state to make flexible adjustments to optimize daily workouts.
