THOSE WHO EXERCISE TOGETHER STAY TOGETHER

A 2013 study published in SAGE Journals demonstrated couples who train together build a healthier relationship.[1]The training sessions would:

  • Show them how to support each other throughout their training sessions

  • Have them face new challenges together like lifting a heavy weight

  • They developed a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie.

  • Blood flow would increase to the entire body and therefore increase feelings of intimacy and increase both individuals sex drive.

Is that enough reasons to get you to work out with your significant other?
